Delete your Barons account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open the game and go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm by typing DELETE. You are signed out right away.

What is deleted

Your e-mail address, password, Apple / Google sign-in link, device id and notification settings.
All sign-in sessions and push-notification tokens.
Your company name and logo: your company is renamed "Former company" and removed from rankings and search.
Your land, buildings, stock and open market orders: they return to the game world.

What is kept

Purchase records (product, date, store transaction id), without the receipt contents, for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. They are no longer linked to any personal details.
Anonymised market history (trades and ledger amounts), so other players' prices and rankings stay correct.

Purchases are not refunded by deleting your account. Refunds go through the App Store or Google Play.
